We invest in late-stage,

Investments are structured via SPVs to ensure transparency, governance, and alignment.

Adrien graduated from EDHEC Business School with a concentration in Finance.

David is a tech entrepreneur who co-founded Sylq, a payment platform delivering services and hardware to 20,000+ retailers. He also co-founded Habilis, a companyspecialised in IT development and artificial intelligence. David holds an MSc in Management from ESCP Business School.
