3. Regulatory status & framework

Maresquier Partners sources secondary blocks of shares in private technology companies and structures transactions through dedicated Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) domiciled in Luxembourg (SCSp, tax-transparent), in partnership with qualified legal and financial service providers.

Regulatory status: MPSA — Maresquier Partners SA invests exclusively on its own account. It does not provide investment services to third parties within the meaning of Article L.321-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, does not carry out portfolio management on behalf of third parties, and is therefore not an AMF-authorised portfolio management company (société de gestion de portefeuille) nor registered with ORIAS. Where a transaction involves regulated services, such services are performed by duly authorised third-party providers.
