Depending on your interaction with this website, we may collect: identification and contact data (name, email address, telephone number, company) provided through contact or subscription forms; professional and investor-qualification data necessary to assess eligibility as a qualified or professional investor; and technical and browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Purposes & legal bases

We process your data to respond to your enquiries and manage our relationship with you (performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures); to verify your status as a qualified or professional investor and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering (AML/KYC) requirements (legal obligation); to send you information about investment opportunities where you have agreed to receive it (consent or legitimate interest); and to improve and secure our website (legitimate interest).

4. Data recipients

Your data may be shared with our service providers acting on our behalf, strictly for the purposes described above and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards. These include, in particular, our investor-onboarding provider (Overlord), our contract and e-signature provider (Yousign), and our IT and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data is processed and stored within the European Union. Should any transfer outside the European Union occur, it would be governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with applicable legal retention periods (in particular AML/KYC record-keeping obligations). In particular: data collected in connection with AML/KYC obligations is retained for five (5) years after the end of the business relationship (Article L.561-12 of the French Monetary and Financial Code); contractual and transaction documents are retained for the duration of the applicable statutory limitation periods; and prospect data is retained for no more than three (3) years after the last contact.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
